Hotel Rwanda is one of the scariest and also the sadist movie in 2004 or maybe be present. The movie is set in Rwanda which is located in east Africa , the capital is Kigali . Rwanda’s  population is 11.78 million recorded by world bank . Rwanda has a total area of 26,338 KM  10, 169 sq mi. The main languages that people use in Rwanda is English, French and  kinyarwanda. This realife event turned into a plot of movie . The Belgium’s took over Rwanda and controlled everything and also took  raw materials  , oil and gold and diamonds from Rwanda. When the Belgium’s found no need for Rwanda, they  split up the Rwandan people into two tribes . One of the tribes was called Tuttsi  and was classed as a lighter  skin and thin nose  .  Another tribe was created by the Belgium’s was called the Hutu ,  this tribe was given the authority to be in charge of  all Rwanda meanwhile the Belgium’s where gone. Tension grows when the Hutu are taught and peer pressured that the Tuttsi  are evil. They were even called as cockroaches and need to exterminated and crushed.

The Tuttsi get’s prepared with machetes and warnings are being sent to the Hutus . 1,000,000 Hutu and a percent of Tuttsi were killed during the Rwandan genocide. Paul  doesn’t know what is happnening and goes to his house to check his wife and kids , but to find his neighbours all scared. Paul does  everything to keep his family and kids and also the neighbours alive, in this case paying General   Bizimungu . To achieve the feel of a formidable and powerful movie the creators , editors and actors must bring some reinforcements, sound effect , music , facial expression , camera shots , props , setting, filter, focus and camera angles. These types of reinforcements or known as production jobs ,these types of jobs make the movie feel that your in the movie and that you feel scared ,that your heart is pumping fear into your body bringing in shivers. It like saying you eat bread without cheese, ham or butter .  Which It doesn’t make the bread taste good and gives you that sensation that you don’t eat to eat the bread.

The director of Hotel Rwanda uses camera movement  to direct the viewers attention or create expressive effects , because of it ability to reveal or hide space that’s why camera movement often creates suspense or surprise .There are different types of camera movement , for example tilt, Pan , zoom Tracking shot .

 

One example of camera movement i have found in the scene  was when the hotel coach was driven through the road that George told Paul to go  and i quote ” it is clear ” , Paul thinks he refers to there is no fighting with the two tribes against each other. But  in reality George meant that its clear of hutus .
